Dog Walks, Swimming, Cousins, Everyday
Most of my exercise comes from dog walks, I have to walk my dog for at least an hour everyday. He might he a tiny dog, but he loves long walks and to run.
Since I don't have much time to go to swim practice everyday anymore, I stay healthy in different ways. I get exercise by trying to swimming whenever I have free time. Swimming is a great way for me to exercise. It is something that I don't want to give up, something that makes me happy, and that I love doing.
My cousins, Shaun, who is four, Sydney, who is ten, and Spencer, who is fourteen, come by almost every weekend. We usually stay active throughout the day, whether it's walking to a nearby park to play basketball, soccer, or tennis or just staying at home playing games that Shaun or Sydney want to play. Spencer likes using me to help him practice for track. I wasn't very good in the beginning, he made me run up a steep hill with him many times to see who reached the top first. I've been getting better, he's not that far ahead of me anymore. His drills aren't very fun either, it involves many push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, etc.
